Baked Apples?

Also wondering if anyone tried baked apples...if so plz send me the recipe.

http://www.podsumer.com/vegancookingschool/archives/2006/10/ baked_apples.html You can try that with modifications.  I know it is not hard to bake apples at all.. and actually that sounds REALLY GOOD.

I don't think I've ever actually eaten baked apples but I'm going to have to try that...  Sounds yummy!  I love new recipes!!!

I chopped up apples, little butter... brown sugar splenda, regular splenda and cinnamon to taste... baked until done. Then I topped with a little Bear Naked granola!

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
